凤凰网科技讯 7月17日，据港交所披露，中际旭创股份有限公司通过港交所上市聆讯。<br> 据彭博社此前援引知情人士消息，中际旭创此次赴港上市拟募集资金约70亿美元（约合474.62亿元人民币）。若顺利完成，将有望成为近年来香港资本市场规模最大的IPO项目之一。此前，市场消息显示公司原计划募资约50亿美元，但由于前期投资者路演反响积极、市场认购意愿强劲，公司将目标募资规模上调至70亿美元。
