&emsp;&emsp;国家外汇管理局国际收支司负责人赵玉超7月17日在国新办新闻发布会上说，今年前5个月，外资来华各类投资净增加约1600亿美元，明显好于去年同期。今年前5个月，外商来华股权投资净增加500多亿美元。其中，外资企业在境内的收益再投资同比增长35%。截至今年一季度末，外商来华直接投资存量超过4万亿美元。<br> &emsp;&emsp;赵玉超介绍，上半年，高技术服务业和高技术制造业外资流入规模同比增长61%，占总体资本金流入的36%，较去年同期占比提高11个百分点。外资来华投资从看重“中国制造”的成本和规模优势向共同参与“中国创造”转变。（记者 刘开雄）
