市场监管总局印发《认证机构提门槛专项行动实施方案》，决定在全国范围内组织开展认证机构提门槛专项行动。<br> 根据《方案》，专项行动从严格机构准入、规范认证活动、提升认证能力、加大监管力度等4个方面部署15项具体举措。通过健全认证机构资质许可审查制度、严格认证机构资质审查等举措依法严格准入许可审查；通过完善认证管理办法、健全国家统一推行认证规则等举措着力规范认证活动；通过加大品牌认证机构培育力度、强化认可专项监督等举措推动提升认证能力；通过加强认证活动风险监测预警、提升智慧监管效能等举措切实加大监管力度，促进认证服务业健康有序发展。
