The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced it will launch a special enforcement action on intellectual property rights in emerging and e-commerce sectors, targeting trademark infringement, patent counterfeiting, and misuse of geographical indications in online sales, livestreaming, and social commerce. It will also conduct a follow-up review of the self-discipline convention signed by 81 major e-commerce platforms in 2024 to address the issue of 'ghost stores' with false business addresses that evade regulation.

记者从23日举行的国务院新闻办公室发布会上了解到，市场监管总局将组织开展新兴领域、电子商务领域知识产权专项执法行动，重点针对网络销售、直播带货、社交电商等环节的商标侵权、专利假冒及地理标志滥用行为实施精准打击。<br> 2024年，市场监管总局推动81家主要电商平台达成了《电子商务平台提升知识产权保护水平自律公约》，今年将组织开展公约落实情况“回头看”，推动平台自律承诺事项落地见效，推动行业自我管理和约束。针对社会反映强烈的“幽灵网店”问题，即经营地址信息不实、执法中“找不到人”“寻不到货”“查不到账”等逃避执法监管的顽疾，督促电商平台切实履行主体责任，从源头堵住监管漏洞。<br> 市场监管总局将加大新兴领域知识产权执法力度。突出新一代信息技术、人工智能、生物技术、新能源、绿色环保等新领域新业态，强化主动执法和前瞻性保护，严厉查处恶意抢注商标、商标侵权等违法行为。
