2025年，全国米、面、油、肉、蛋、奶等大宗食品监督抽检合格率99.37%，连续4年稳定在99%以上，食品安全总体水平持续向好。全国食品生产经营企业配备食品安全总监115.5万名，配备食品安全员949.2万名，规模以上食品企业覆盖率达100%，实现责任到人到岗、风险精准防控。<br> 国务院食安办持续推进学校“互联网+明厨亮灶”建设，目前，全国中小学自营食堂“互联网+明厨亮灶”覆盖率达99%，校外供餐单位覆盖率达100%，有力提升了校园食品安全治理效能。
