记者近日从市场监管总局获悉：自2022年市场监管部门提出落实食品安全“两个责任”以来，全国特殊食品质量安全水平稳步提升，发展态势持续巩固。特殊医学用途配方食品和婴幼儿配方乳粉抽检合格率持续高位运行，3年来始终保持在99.8%和99.9%以上。<br> 市场监管总局特殊食品安全监督管理司相关负责人介绍，通过重建机制、重塑流程、重构基础，全国特殊食品生产企业食品安全总监和食品安全员100%配备到位。第三方调查显示，2024年消费者对我国特殊食品质量安全满意度和监管满意度均在90%以上，消费者对国产特殊食品的消费信心不断增强。
