The State Administration for Market Regulation released data showing that as of September 2025, China's total number of various organizations reached 202 million, with individual businesses accounting for 63% and a net growth of 1.9% compared to the end of 2024.

市场监管总局6日发布数据显示，截至2025年9月，我国各类组织机构总量已达2.02亿家。其中，营利法人（公司及其他企业法人）占29.2%；非营利法人占2.7%；特别法人占0.9%；非法人组织占4.2%；个体工商户占63%。<br> 前三季度，组织机构新设2019万家，注销1570万家，变更3021万家。组织机构总量保持增长态势，较2024年底增长1.9%。
