《财政部关于公布废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件目录（第十四批）的决定》已于2023年12月29日经财政部部务会议审议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。<br> 2024年1月20日<br> 财政部关于公布废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件目录（第十四批）的决定<br> 为了适应依法行政、依法理财的需要，根据《财政部规章和规范性文件清理工作规则》，我部对截至2022年12月底发布的现行财政规章和规范性文件进行了全面清理。经过清理，确定废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件共718件，其中，废止的财政规章14件，废止的财政规范性文件447件，失效的财政规范性文件257件。现将废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件的目录予以公布。<br> 附件下载：废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件目录（第十四批）.doc<br> 该文件非由国家税务总局牵头制定，查询结果仅供参考
