Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration on Issuing the Enterprise Deregistration Guidelines (2023 Revision)

This document announces the revision of the Enterprise Deregistration Guidelines (2021 Revision) to provide stronger administrative guidance for enterprises to exit the market in accordance with the law, based on the Company Law and the Regulations on the Registration Administration of Market Entities.
