Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on Extending the Preferential Policy of Reducing Resource Tax on Coal Replaced by Backfill Mining

This document extends the preferential policy of a 50% reduction in resource tax on coal extracted through backfill mining, effective from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027, to encourage intensive and efficient coal resource utilization.
