Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the Applicable Policies for Value-Added Tax on Civil Aircraft

This announcement specifies the value-added tax (VAT) policies applicable to civil aircraft, extending the preferential tax treatment for producers and sellers of civil jet aircraft with an empty weight greater than 25 tons until December 31, 2023, in accordance with previous tax policy announcements.
