《中华人民共和国和西班牙王国对所得消除双重征税和防止逃避税的协定》（以下简称《协定》）及议定书于2018年11月28日在马德里正式签署。中西双方已完成《协定》及议定书生效所必需的各自国内法律程序。《协定》及议定书于2021年5月2日生效，适用于2021年5月2日或以后开始的纳税年度征收的非源泉扣缴税收，以及2021年5月2日或以后征收的其他税收。<br> 《协定》及议定书文本已在国家税务总局网站发布。<br> 2021年6月21日
