Notice of the Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and State Administration of Taxation on Import Tax Policies for Anti-HIV Drugs from 2021 to 2030

This notice exempts import tariffs and value-added tax on anti-HIV drugs imported under the authorization of the National Health Commission from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2030, to support public health and HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment.
