Notice of the State Taxation Administration on Extending the March 2020 Tax Declaration Deadline

This notice extends the March 2020 tax declaration deadline nationwide from March 16 to March 23 to support epidemic control and enterprise resumption of work. It also allows further extensions in areas still under Level I emergency response and permits taxpayers affected by the epidemic to apply for additional deferrals.
