Announcement on VAT Policies to Support the Opening of the Commodity Futures Market to Foreign Investors

This document exempts VAT on bonded delivery transactions of commodity futures varieties approved for foreign participation from November 30, 2018 to November 29, 2023, while maintaining existing tax rules for non-bonded physical deliveries.
