Announcement on the List of Public Welfare Mass Organizations Eligible for Pre-tax Deduction of Donations for 2017 and 2018

This document publishes the list of public welfare mass organizations, including the Red Cross Society of China, that are eligible for pre-tax deduction of charitable donations for the 2017 and 2018 tax years, in accordance with the Enterprise Income Tax Law and its implementing regulations.
