Announcement on VAT Issues Concerning Imported Leased Aircraft by the State Administration of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs

This document stipulates that from June 1, 2018, customs will cease collecting import VAT on certain categories of imported leased aircraft, and tax authorities will take over the VAT collection and management in accordance with existing VAT policies.
