Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting Anti-Counterfeiting Measures for Ordinary VAT Invoices

This document announces adjustments to the anti-counterfeiting measures for ordinary VAT invoices starting from the fourth quarter of 2016, adopting a new gray-to-red anti-counterfeiting ink, and specifies the color scheme for each copy of the invoice.
