Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the Value-Added Tax Policy for Wind Power Generation

This document implements a VAT policy for wind power generation, effective from July 1, 2015, granting a 50% immediate refund of VAT on self-produced wind power electricity sales.
