各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、地方税务局，西藏、宁夏、青海省（自治区）国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：　　经国务院批准，现将铁矿石资源税有关政策事项通知如下：　　一、自2015年5月1日起，将铁矿石资源税由减按规定税额标准的80%征收调整为减按规定税额标准的40%征收。　　二、请有关省（区、市）财政、税务部门抓紧做好政策组织实施工作，确保政策及时落实到位。<br> 财政部 国家税务总局<br> 2015年4月27日<br> 该文件非由国家税务总局牵头制定，查询结果仅供参考
