Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Continuing to Increase Consumption Tax on Refined Oil Products

This notice raises the unit consumption tax rates for gasoline, naphtha, solvent oil, and lubricating oil from 1.4 yuan/liter to 1.52 yuan/liter, and for diesel, aviation kerosene, and fuel oil from 1.1 yuan/liter to 1.2 yuan/liter, effective January 13, 2015, to promote environmental governance and energy conservation.
