Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Increasing the Consumption Tax on Refined Oil Products

This notice raises the unit consumption tax on gasoline, naphtha, solvent oil, and lubricating oil by 0.12 yuan per liter, and on diesel, aviation kerosene, and fuel oil by 0.14 yuan per liter, effective November 29, 2014, to promote environmental governance and energy conservation.
