Announcement of the State Taxation Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission on Issues Concerning the Collection and Management of Enterprise Income Tax Preferential Policies for Energy-Saving Service Enterprises' Contract Energy Management Projects

This document addresses tax collection and management issues related to enterprise income tax incentives for energy-saving service enterprises under contract energy management projects.
