Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the Levy Standard for the Renewable Energy Electricity Price Surcharge

This document raises the levy standard for the renewable energy electricity price surcharge from the original rate to 1.5 fen per kilowatt-hour for all electricity consumption except residential and agricultural use, effective September 25, 2013. It also requires local financial supervision offices to strengthen collection management and ensure full and timely remittance.
