Announcement of the State Taxation Administration on Adjusting Matters Related to VAT Tax Declaration

This document announces adjustments to VAT tax declaration procedures, and as of June 1, 2016, fully abolishes the previous announcement (State Taxation Administration Announcement No. 13 of 2016) on VAT declaration after the pilot replacement of business tax with VAT.
