根据《国家税务总局关于公布部分失效废止的规范性文件目录的公告》（国家税务总局公告2023年第10号）本文废止。<br> 经国家发展和改革委员会和国家税务总局联合确认，现将北京东方信捷物流有限责任公司等158家企业纳入物流企业营业税差额纳税试点范围，有关税收问题按《国家税务总局关于试点物流企业有关税收政策问题的通知》（国税发〔2005〕208号）有关规定执行。<br> 本公告自2011年1月1日起施行。<br> 附件：试点物流企业名单.doc<br> 2012年11月28日
