Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Publishing the Eighth Batch of Pilot Logistics Enterprises

This announcement publishes the eighth batch of pilot logistics enterprises as confirmed by the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration of Taxation, and stipulates that relevant tax policies for these enterprises shall follow the provisions of Guo Shui Fa [2005] No. 208. The announcement takes effect from August 1, 2012.
