根据《国家税务总局关于公布部分失效废止的规范性文件目录的公告》（国家税务总局公告2023年第10号）本文废止。<br> 根据《国家税务总局关于试点物流企业有关税收政策问题的通知》（国税发[2005]208号）的有关规定，经国家发展和改革委员会和国家税务总局确认，现将第六批试点物流企业名单予以公布。纳入试点范围的物流企业，有关税收问题按国税发[2005]208号文件执行。 <br> 　　本公告自2010年11月15日起执行。<br> 国家税务总局 <br> 二〇一〇年十月二十五日<br> 附件：试点物流企业名单（第六批）.docx<br> 分送：各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局。
