1951年8月8日政务院公布的《城市房地产税暂行条例》自2009年1月1日起废止。自2009年1月1日起，外商投资企业、外国企业和组织以及外籍个人，依照《中华人民共和国房产税暂行条例》缴纳房产税。<br> 1987年2月6日国务院批准，1987年2月24日交通部、财政部发布的《长江干线航道养护费征收办法》自2009年1月1日起废止。<br> 1992年5月15日国务院批准，1992年8月4日交通部、财政部、国家物价局发布的《内河航道养护费征收和使用办法》自2009年1月1日起废止。<br> 总理  　温家宝<br> 二〇〇八年十二月三十一日
