Notice of the State Taxation Administration on Adjusting the Measures for the Administration of Tax-Free Gasoline and Diesel for Self-Use by Foreign Embassies and Consulates in China and Their Diplomatic Personnel

This notice announces that the tax-free gasoline and diesel management measures for foreign embassies, consulates, and their diplomatic personnel are discontinued as of October 1, 2016, in accordance with the joint announcement by the State Taxation Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on VAT refund measures for goods and services purchased in China.
