Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Text of the China-Bahrain Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and Requesting Preparations for Implementation

This notice forwards the text of the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, signed on May 16, 2002, and instructs local tax authorities to prepare for its implementation pending entry into force.
