Notice of the State Taxation Administration on the Entry into Force of the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Croatia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation

This notice announces that the double taxation avoidance agreement between China and Croatia, signed on January 9, 1995, has entered into force on May 18, 2001, and applies to income derived in tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2002. It instructs local tax authorities to implement the agreement accordingly.
