2026年7月28日，财政部召开新修改注册会计师法贯彻落实座谈会。财政部党组成员、副部长郭婷婷出席会议并讲话。全国人大常委会法工委副主任雷建斌应邀出席会议并介绍了修法总体情况和重点内容。 <br>
会议指出，新修改注册会计师法深入贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神和党中央决策部署，从加强党的领导、完善监管措施、加大责任追究力度、支持促进注册会计师行业健康发展等方面作了重点修改，为确保行业正确发展方向提供了法治保障，为打击财务造假、加强财会监督提供了坚实支撑，为发挥行业专业价值提供了重要指引。 <br>
会议强调，注册会计师行业在维护资本市场秩序和社会公众利益、提升会计信息质量和经济效率等方面发挥着重要作用，要紧扣服务国家建设这个主题，坚持诚信建设这条主线，不断提升执业质量，发挥“看门人”作用，在服务国家发展大局中推动行业高质量发展。 <br>
会议强调，要扎实做好新修改注册会计师法的贯彻落实工作。系统开展宣传贯彻，做到全面覆盖、突出重点，推动新修改注册会计师法在行业内人人知晓、主动落实。加快完善配套制度，做好与有关法律制度的衔接安排，确保将法律要求落实落细。持续加强监督管理，提升监管效率和水平，依法加大责任追究力度。促进行业健康发展，不断提升规范化、专业化水平，引领行业向价值链高端延伸。 <br>
司法部、中国证监会有关司局，财政部条法司、会计司、监督评价局、中国注册会计师协会，有关地方财政部门和地方注册会计师协会，部分从事证券服务业务会计师事务所代表参加会议。
