1-7月，全省规模以上工业企业营业收入及利润保持增长，发展态势平稳向好。 <br>
一、营收平稳增长。1-7月，全省规模以上工业营业收入同比增长5.5%。分门类看，采矿业下降1.0%；制造业增长5.9%；电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业增长0.6%。其中制造业产业分上下游来看，上游原材料制造业增长2.4%；中游装备制造业增长13.9%；下游消费品制造业增长2.9%。 <br>
二、利润增幅提高。1-7月，全省规模以上工业利润总额同比增长16.1%，增幅比上半年提高1.1个百分点。从行业结构看，高技术制造业和装备制造业分别增长25.7%和23.1%。从市场主体看，民营、非公企业盈利状况良好，利润总额分别增长18.0%和15.2%。 <br>
三、发展基础有所改善。一是成本压力有所缓解。1-7月，规模以上工业企业每百元营业收入中的成本为87.12元，同比减少0.15元；营业收入利润率为6.56%，上升0.60个百分点。二是亏损面收窄、亏损额下降。7月末，规模以上工业企业亏损面为16.5%，比上半年收窄0.5个百分点；亏损额为269.98亿元，同比下降3.9%。三是民间投资较为积极。1-7月，全省民间工业投资增长11.2%，为全省工业经济持续发展注入新动力。 <br>
