机构名称：深圳市城市建设档案馆主要职责：一、研究制定本馆进馆档案的接收标准和规范，负责进馆档案的整理质量检查和接收工作。二、采集全市重点建设项目声像档案，征集散存的具有永久保存价值的城建档案。三、对馆藏档案进行保管保护，维护档案安全。四、开发城建档案信息资源，按照规定向社会提供城建档案利用服务。五、承担市住房建设局档案管理的事务性工作。六、参与拟订市住房建设局信息化发展规划、年度计划;承担市住房建设局信息化有关技术性、辅助性工作。七、完成市住房建设局交办的其他任务。办公地址：深圳市福田区振兴路1号住建科研楼（本部）、深圳市福田区林丰路2-1档案中心A座4楼（分部，办理城建档案业务）
