根据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第（六）项规定，我所经核查，现有一批驾驶人因吸毒将依法被注销机动车驾驶证（具体名单详见附件），现通过网上深圳交警网站予以提前告知，请该批驾驶人自本公告发布之日起30日内到深圳市车管所办理注销业务，逾期未办理我所将注销其机动车驾驶证并公告作废。 附件：因吸毒须注销驾驶证公告表 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2021年8月9日
