2021年6月，龙岗区城市更新和土地整备局通过书面函件形式邀请广东龙昌律师事务所、龙岗区司法局等单位法律专家对《深圳市龙岗区拆除重建类城市更新项目专项监管资金管理办法》（以下简称“管理办法”）进行评审。各位专家审定了《管理办法》，并与龙岗区城市更新和土地整备局充分交流。 各评审专家认为：《管理办法》包含了总则、专项监管资金构成和测算标准、资金核算和监管实施、监管资金使用规则等内容，内容较为完善，且在原有的规定基础上，取消了回迁过渡费专项监管资金、现金监管的比例要求，延后了资金监管的入账时间，有利于优化城市更新领域营商环境，缓解企业资金压力，对城市更新项目的有序开展起到一定的保障作用。
