三防通知：市气象台于9月16日16时40分将光明区暴雨橙色预警升级为暴雨红色预警，市三防指挥部于9月16日16时40分将市级防汛Ⅳ级应急响应升级为市级防汛Ⅲ级应急响应，区三防指挥部于16时40分将防汛“IV”级应急响应升级为防汛“III级”应急响应。请各街道办、有关单位立即按照预案开展应急响应行动，做好值班、值守、排查、巡查、检查、应急处置等工作，尤其做好易涝点、危险边坡、危房旧屋、地面坍塌隐患点、人群聚集区域等重点区域的防范措施。请各单位分管领导立即上岗带班，按照《光明区防汛应急预案》落实各项工作。（水务局积水内涝报灾电话：0755-88212303；三防办值班电话：0755-88211748）
