11日上午，市委政法委联合中国人民财产保险公司揭阳市分公司到榕城区凤美街道陇上经联社开展义务植树活动，美化绿化家园，提升城市“颜值”，助力绿美揭阳生态建设。 当天，市委政法委和中国人民财产保险公司揭阳市分公司的干部职工来到植树点，大家分工协作、相互配合，有的挥锹铲土、有的扶苗填坑、有的培土围堰、有的提水浇灌。经过大家的辛勤劳动，一排排新栽种的树苗错落有致，焕发出勃勃生机，为绿美揭阳再增添一抹新绿。 市委政法委表示，此次义务植树活动，进一步增强了机关干部植绿、爱绿、护绿的生态文明意识，将雷锋精神融入绿色发展实践，为绿美揭阳生态建设贡献政法力量。 市委常委、政法委书记庄湃澍参加活动。
