2021年4月19日，根据深圳市司法局关于做好涉及行政处罚内容的本市法规规章规范性文件专项清理工作的要求进行梳理。经研究梳理，《深圳市节约用水条例》个别条文需要修订，已经配合市司法局形成法规修正案（草案）》，后续做好人大审议工作。《深圳市小型水库管理办法》第四十条需要修订，目前我局正在制订《深圳市水库管理办法》（拟采用规章形式），已经形成条文初稿，届时将同时废止《深圳市小型水库管理办法》。 2021年10月14日，根据深圳市司法局要求清理涉及计划生育内容的规章规范性文件，经研究，我局的规章规范性文件无涉及计划生育内容，无需清理修改。
