各有关单位： 请2021年第二批更名高新技术企业和异地搬迁及遗失补办高新技术企业证书的企业，于2021年11月16-18日到市民中心B区西厅46号窗口领取证书。 领取证书需提供：1.法人授权委托书（法人签字盖公章）；2.领取人员及法人身份证复印件；3.营业执照复印件。 领取证书企业名单及时间安排见附件。 深圳市科技创新委员会 2021年11月9日
