8月24日，市政府与水电水利规划设计总院在北京签署《汕尾市人民政府 水电水利规划设计总院战略合作协议》，市委常委、常务副市长黄志坚出席签约仪式。 市政府和水电水利规划设计总院双方优势互补、合作共赢，依托我市在区位、政策和资源等方面优势，发挥水电水利规划设计总院在能源、电力行业政策和规划研究等方面前瞻引领能力，就做好汕尾海上风电规划和抽水蓄能建设、前沿创新技术的研究与示范、打造汕尾（国际）绿电创新示范基地、打造新型电力系统示范城市等领域开展多领域、深层次、全方位的合作，积极推动汕尾深远海海上风电规模化集群发展，打造千万千瓦级海上风电基地，共同推进汕尾市能源绿色低碳转型和经济社会持续健康高质量发展，为全国深远海海上风电开发作引领示范。 据悉，水电水利规划设计总院是全国水电、风电、太阳能发电等技术支撑服务单位，承担了大量的行业规划、技术管理、工程验收、质量监督、标准制定和政策研究等工作，是国家能源局设立的16家能源研究咨询基地之一。 记者：高晴晴
