一、废止背景 按照《国务院办公厅关于进一步完善失信约束制度 构建诚信建设长效机制的指导意见》（国办发〔2020〕49号，以下简称《指导意见》）、《国家发展改革委办公厅关于开展失信约束措施清理规范工作的通知》（发改办财金〔2021〕15号）要求，因《龙岗区人力资源服务行业综合信用评价及分级分类管理试行办法》（深龙人规〔2020〕2号）存在与《指导意见》不相适应的条款，故予以废止。 二、废止依据 （一）《国务院办公厅关于进一步完善失信约束制度 构建诚信建设长效机制的指导意见》（国办发〔2020〕49号） （二）《国家发展改革委办公厅关于开展失信约束措施清理规范工作的通知》（发改办财金〔2021〕15号） 深圳市龙岗区人力资源局 2022年1月6日
