The Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Committee convened a symposium to discuss implementation of measures to optimize approval access for human genetic resources, in line with the special market access policies for Shenzhen's pilot demonstration zone. Participants exchanged views on current approval practices and ways to promote scientific protection and efficient utilization of human genetic resources.

为贯彻落实《关于深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区放宽市场准入若干特别措施的意见》文件精神，推进“优化人类遗传资源审批准入服务”事项的落地，市科技创新委于2月10日组织召开优化人类遗传资源审批准入服务座谈会，我市相关行政主管部门、科研主体代表参会，就我市人类遗传资源审批情况、如何促进人类遗传资源科学保护与高效利用等方面进行交流发言。市科技创新委党组成员、副主任钟海同志出席会议。 此次座谈会，与会各方对就优化人类遗传资源审批准入服务提出了可参考的、可落地、有实效的建议，为下一步我市加快推进综合改革试点、维护生物安全、促进生物医药产业发展，提供了重要参考。
