2月14日下午，市北部水源工程管理处（下称管理处）党总支召开2021年度党支部书记抓基层党建述职评议会，管理处党总支委员、局指导协调专员、各支部书记及党务干部参加会议。 会议组织了“第一议题”学习活动。会上，各支部书记依规定进行了述职汇报，并由党总支委员分别进行了评议打分。 会议强调，一年来，各支部严格按照党总支要求，坚持党建引领业务，充分发挥了战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用，有效推动了疫情防控、供水业务等工作高质量开展。2022年各支部一是要秉持“围绕中心抓党建，抓好党建促发展”的观念，继续推动党建与中心业务工作深度融合；二是要抓好“关键少数”，带动“绝大多数”，支部书记要以身作则，示范引领其他党员干部敢于担当、勇于作为；三是要落实市水务局基层党组织建设三年行动计划工作部署，推动党建标准化建设走深走实，努力打造“五星支部”。（市北部水源工程管理处 李人澍）
