南山区人民政府： 2022年2月27日17时20分许，你区沙河街道天音大厦工程现场发生一起高坠事故，造成1人死亡，2人受伤。 根据《国务院办公厅关于加强安全生产监管执法的通知》（国办发〔2015〕20号），现对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。请你区：1.成立事故调查组，开展事故调查工作，查清事故原因，厘清事故责任，按照“四不放过”原则，依法依规严格追究有关单位和人员的事故责任；2.针对事故暴露出的问题，制定并落实整改措施，防范同类事故再次发生；3.立即开展辖区在建工程领域安全隐患大排查大整治，确保各项安全防范措施切实落实到位。 请认真落实督办要求，于3月6日前上报初步调查情况，于2022年4月27日前完成事故调查。事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，报区政府批复结案。 此函。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2022年2月28日
