4月中旬，市排水管理处党员干部全员出动，用一周时间下基层深调研，走遍全市41家水质净化厂，协助水质净化厂落实新发展的要求，促进标准化、现代化、智慧化建设。 近年来，市水务局遵循习近平总书记“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念，组织对水质净化厂不断升级。在水质净化厂新建改建中融合文化科普、安全美观等可持续发展元素，推动水质净化厂从“邻避”到“邻近”的转变。此次市排水管理处党员干部开展基层调研，从新发展理念出发，深入全面地了解水质净化厂运营流程，协助基层水质净化厂完善标准，加强“三化”建设，提高工作效率和管理水平，逐步实现生产、生活、生态深度融合的目标。（市排水管理处 梅双纬）
