近日，深、莞两市生态环境、水务、地方政府等多部门联合执法，对罗田水库东莞侧二级水源保护区内规模养殖场依法查处，违法主体不在现场的东莞市樟木头林场由东莞市生态环境局函告限期整改，联合执法行动取得阶段性成果。 据悉该片区属深、莞两市燕罗街道和大朗镇交界位置，存在较多“插花地”时常出现规模违法种养殖行为，违法主体凭借跨地域、交通不便等特点，通过“打游击”、“躲猫猫”等手段逃避执法，造成执法难度大，效果差，此次联合执法是解决上述问题保障罗田水库水质安全的重要举措。 下阶段市公明水库管理处将继续加强水源保护区巡查，建立多部门常态化沟通反馈机制，坚决以强有力的措施打击各类污染水质行为，同步加强宣传引导，切实做到早发现、早制止，从源头上堵漏洞，确保饮用水源安全和水质稳定长期达标，夯实执法成果。（市公明供水调蓄工程管理处 吴俊锋）
