2022年4月19日上午，大鹏新区管委会召开二〇二二年第七次常务会议。 会议审议通过了《新区住房和建设局关于提请审议〈深圳市大鹏新区人才住房配租管理办法（送审稿）〉的请示》。 会议认为，《深圳市大鹏新区面向单位配租人才住房管理暂行办法》（深鹏办规〔2018〕4号）在实施过程中，部分条款已不符合新区实际情况，且市里政策也出现部分调整，由于该文件已过有效期，为进一步做好新区人才住房配租工作，有必要重新制定相关管理办法。 会议要求，新区住房和建设局要结合会议意见，作进一步修改完善后，按程序提请印发实施。 会议还审议了其他事项。
