新区重大项目2022年计划完成投资100亿元。2022年1-2月，新区重大项目完成投资8.53亿元。 从项目进展看，深圳乐土沃森生命科技中心、乐高乐园深圳度假区酒店区域、泰康之家鹏园养老社区、大鹏新区人民医院、深圳市第二十三高级中学、人大附中深圳学校（九年一贯部）二期、葵涌帆湾海寓保障性住房、深惠城际大鹏支线、轨道交通8号线三期、核坝路、国家管网深圳LNG应急调峰站等项目进展较好。
